NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 24, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2024-CA-002362, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, THE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK is the Plaintiff, and MATTHEW KOUCKY A/K/A MATTHEW WILLIAM KOUCKY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MATTHEW KOUCKY A/K/A MATTHEW WILLIAM KOUCKY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on January 29, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 172, MEADOWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGES 65 THROUGH 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
