Claeys (Decedent), deceased, File Number 25-CP-2331, by the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, Florida 34112; that the decedent’s date of death was June 9, 2025; that the total value of the estate 100% interest in Principal Life Insurance Policy and that the name and address of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
