NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem) dated December 08, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2025-CA-001695-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and WILLIAM DECATUR, JR.; PAMELA REIMER; MAPLE RIDGE AT AVE MARIA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in, Customer Service, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 15th day of January, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 78, COQUINA AT MAPLE RIDGE, PHASE 2 AND 3, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
