Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 20, 2025 in the above-styled Case Number 2025 CA 002685 SC in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that Karen E. Rushing shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:

Property address of: Property address of: 4019 Landor Court, Venice, Florida 34293 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on JANUARY 20, 2026. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier’s check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier’s check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
