NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on November 29, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2025CA001108CAAXES in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JANINE BASILE and JOHN BASILE JR., et. al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com on January 5, 2026, at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 9 AND ALL OF LOT 10, BLOCK C, ZEPHYR PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6400 12TH ST, ZEPHYRHILLS, FL 33542 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
