YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Breach of Guaranty has been filed against you in Pasco County, Florida for the amount of $121,632.68, plus interest accruing at the contract rate of 18% per annum from April 1, 2024.
A complaint has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Anthony Aragona, Esq., the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 1036 Grove Park Circle, Boynton Beach, FL 33436, on or before JANUARY 12TH 2026, and ile the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Pasco County Business Observer.
