NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 8th day of December, 2025, in Civil Action No. 2025-CA-003765, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which JOSEPH ORLANDINI, SHANNON ORLANDINI, MERSCHMAN MANAGEMENT, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, WHITE SAND PROPERTIES OF FORT MYERS BEACH, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 1209 COCONUT DRIVE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, SANIBEL CAPTIVA COMMUNITY BANK, a Florida Banking Corporation, is the Plaintiff, Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 5th day of February, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot A and the Westerly 10 feet of Lot B, Palmer’s Subdivision, according to the plat hereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page(s) 114, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
