NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 8th day of December 2025, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-002029, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein SCO FUND I LLC, is the Plaintiff and SOLE HOMES BUILDERS CORP., a Florida Corporation; GEORGINA DE LA C VIERA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGINA DE LA C VIERA; M.E. MENDEZ GROUP, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company; SOLE HOMES LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; SACHEM CAPITAL CORP; INLIGHT INVESTMENTS LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Kevin C. Karnes, the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 9:00 AM on the 8th day of January 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
