YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property located in Lee County, Florida:
Unit C, Building 3 of PHASE I, KINGS GREENS AT MAJESTIC, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3819, page 4217, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written
defenses, if any, to it on Shannon M. Puopolo, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorney, of the law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., whose address is Post Office Box 280, Fort Myers, Florida 33902, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
