NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure,” entered in Case No. 2024-CI-2252 on December 1, 2025, in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CAGG Holdings, LLC, Plaintiff, and Kingdom Group Realty & Investments LLC, Defendant, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described below to the highest
bidder, for cash, https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 14th day of January 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 32, MEADOW LAWN - SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 43 THROUGH 45, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
