NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2025, and entered in Case No. 25-003310-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO ALL PERMITTED SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE, FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2003-FM1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and SHERITA B. MCCOY A/K/A SHERITA B. MCCOY-BUTLER A/K/A SHERITA MCCOY-BUTLER A/K/A SHERITA MCCOY; MELVIN BUTLER, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 27th day of January, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK B, LAKE VIEW HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
