Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 25-006499-CO the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Condominium Unit No. 129 of BOCA SHORES, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 100 through 107, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4979, Pages 1380 through 1476, inclusive, all in the Public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on January 22, 2026. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
