ELISABETH S. MERLIN and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, CLUB CHALET COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 9, CLUB CHALET MOBILE HOME PARK, 7880 54th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida, for as long as he/she is the owner of a share of corporate stock of the Corporation, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Master Form of Right of Exclusive Possession Agreement which is hereby totally adopted in this Agreement by reference and made a part thereof. The Master Form of Right of Exclusive Possession Agreement is recorded in O.R. Book 10935, Page 1022-1031, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 7880 54th Avenue N., Lot 9, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33709
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
