Unit 23, Building G, Bay Point Plaza Apartments, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3153, Page 534, and as amended and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Pages 56 through 60 and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

and you are required to file written defenses with the Clerk of the court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication on or before of this notice on Plaintiff’s attorney, Shawn M. Yesner, Esq., whose address is 2753 S.R. 580, Suite 106, Clearwater, FL 33761, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
