NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 2, Block 8, THE VILLAGE AT BENTLEY PARK, PHASE 1, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 89, pages 81 through 84, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2570 Bentley Drive, Palm Harbor, FL 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 22, 2026.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
