NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 8, 2025, and entered in Case No. 25-002093-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and For Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AVAIL 3 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company is the Plaintiff and ARJOLA PANDO; THE MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM UNIT ONE AT EAST LAKE WOODLANDS, INC.; EAST LAKE WOODLANDS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR UNDER ANY OF THE NAMED DEFENDANT AND ANY OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS ACTION BY AND THROUGH OR UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS HEREIN,, are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash as www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on JANUARY 7, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 3, THE MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWO AT EAST LAKE WOODLANDS, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in Official Records Book 5917, Page 2024 through 2096, inclusive, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 82, Pages 1 through 13, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
With a street address of: 103 Meadow Lane, Oldsmar, FL 34677
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
