NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-003156-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, Inc., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Orville A. Zender aka Orville Zender, deceased, Bobbi Rice, Rebecca Lyn Zender, United States of America Acting through the Federal Housing Commissioner, GoodLeap, LLC, MV Realty PBC, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the January 7, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
