Pomilia aka James Pomilia, Service Finance Company, Village on the Green Homeowners Association, Inc, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the January 6, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
