Rescheduling December 22, 2025 Foreclosure Sale dated December 15, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2024 CC 002508 NC of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on January 27, 2026, the following described property:
LOT 1728, COLONIAL OAKS UNIT NO. 24, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 13 AND 13A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk of the Court reports the surplus as unclaimed.
