A PORTION OF SECTION 08, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; BEING A PORTION OF LOT 11, NEWTOWN FARMS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 38, OF SAID PUBLIC RECORDS; BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 11; THENCE S89°50’04”W, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 11, A DISTANCE OF 200.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S89°50’04”W, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 11, A DISTANCE OF 247.82 FEET; THENCE N00°09’56”E, A DISTANCE OF 20.00 FEET; THENCE N89°50’04”W, A DISTANCE OF 251.41 FEET; THENCE S09°59’47”E, A DISTANCE OF 20.32 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 4,992 SQUARE FEET, OR 0.115 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.
PAM MANNING is required to serve a copy of her answer and written defenses, if any, to the Complaint to Aidan A. Gross, Esquire, Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 600, Sarasota, Florida 34237 on or before January 20, 2026.
You must also file your original answer and written defenses, if any, with the Clerk of Court, Sarasota County, Case No. 2025-CA-004672, either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; OTHERWISE, A DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU for the relief demanded in Plaintiffs’ Complaint.
The notice contained herein shall be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
