NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2025, and entered in 2025 CA 004098 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCAF ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH TOMSICH A/K/A JOSEPH SHAUN TOMISH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH TOMSICH A/K/A JOSEPH SHAUN TOMISH are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 08, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
