NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 15th day of December, 2025, in Civil Action No. 2025-000401-CC, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which TERENCE ELLIOT BLACKSHEAR, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., A/K/A MERS and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TERENCE ELLIOT BLACKSHEAR are the Defendants, and BABCOCK RANCH RESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, ROGER D. EATON, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 11:00 a.m., 11th day of February 2026, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 184, of BABCOCK RANCH COMMUNITY PHASE 1A & TOWN SQUARE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 6, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
