has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and answer to the complaint on the Plaintiff’s attorney, KEITH H. HAGMAN, ESQ.,The Pavese Law Firm, P.O. Box 1507, Fort Myers, FL 33902 and file the original in the offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the Notice, otherwise, the allegations of the complaint will be taken as confessed.
