You must also file your original answer and written defenses, if any, with the Clerk of Court, Charlotte County, either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; OTHERWISE A DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU for the relief demanded in Plaintiffs’ Complaint.
