NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Re-open Case to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and to Amended Final Judgment dated December 14, 2025, entered in Case No. 112024CA0004280001XX in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida wherein WATERWAYS OF NAPLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and DAMION ELLESTON, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 11:00AM. on FEBRUARY 5, 2026 at: LOBBY ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 237, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES, UNIT SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE(S) 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
