NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on December 14, 2025 and entered in Case No. 11-2024-CA-001583-0001-01 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BARBARA FOSS, JACQUELINE RICHARDSON AND BRIAN B. RICHARDSON, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on February 5, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, IN BLOCK 36, OF TOWN OF EVERGLADES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, AT PAGES 87-95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 301 ALLEN AVENUE, EVERGLADES CITY, FL 34139 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
