at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at an online sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on January 6, 2026. This Amended Notice of Sale amends and supersedes that Notice of Sale dated November 4, 2025 and published on November 14, and November 21, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
