NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court and as required by Florida Statute 45.031(2), CRYSTAL K. AND AN UNDIVIDED ONE-TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-FIFTH (1/265TH) INTEREST, AS TENANT IN COMMON IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND THE COMMON PROPERTY OF SAID THE GULFVIEW APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, A CONDOMINIUM.
