NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court and as required by Florida Statute 45.031(2), CRYSTAL K. KINZEL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 08 day of January, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

AND AN UNDIVIDED ONE-TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-FIFTH (1/265TH) INTEREST, AS TENANT IN COMMON IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND THE COMMON PROPERTY OF SAID THE GULFVIEW APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, A CONDOMINIUM.
