individual capacity but solely as trustee of IMPERIAL FUND MORTGAGE TRUST 2022-NQM1, Plaintiff, vs.
BRIAN O’HALLORAN and LEEANN O’ HALLORAN, Defendant(s).
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered SEPTEMBER 26, 2025, in the above styled suit, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on FEBRUARY 23, 2026, to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with Fla. Stat. § 45.031, the following described real property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lots 14 and 15, Block 362, TENTH ADDITION TO PORT
CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 22, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. commonly known as 4462 Symco Ave., North Port, FL 34286.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A TIMELY CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
