NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 27, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2025CA002076CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and Kevin Gilley, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of January, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit Number 110-D, Forest Lake, a Condominium, Phase VIII, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, as described in Official Records Book 1263, Pages 556 through 563, recorded June 27, 1983, which is an amendment to the Declaration of Condominium Forest Lake, a Condominium, Phase One, dated October 20, 1980, and recorded in Official Recorded Book 1104, Pages 350 through 434, all of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Together with all appurtenances thereto, described in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium, subject however to each and every provision of the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
