NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Other Relief dated November 11, 2025, issued in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in Case No. 25-CA-001743, wherein METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and J&P HENDRIX INVESTMENT REALTY 11 LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, VICTOR D. CRIST, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on January 15, 2026, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Other Relief, to wit:
