NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 10, 2025 and entered in Case No. 24-CA-005605, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and RHINA LORA PENA; JOSE EMMANUELL ROMERO MUNIZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RHINA LORA PENA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE EMMANUELL ROMERO MUNIZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CREEK PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; GOODLEAP, LLC; are defendants. VICTOR CRIST, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH. REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on January 12, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 398, CREEK PRESERVE PHASES 1, 6, 7 AND 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 139, PAGES 44 THROUGH 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
