TAMIAMI TRAIL, FORT MYERS, FLORIDA 33908, on or before January 20, 2026 and file the original with the Clerk of this Honorable Court at the Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaintiff’s counsel or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the Clerk’s Office.
