UNIT 976, DURING UNIT WEEK(S) 40 TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON WITH OTHER OWNERS IN THE RESORT FACILITY, PLANTATION BAY VILLAS, TIME SHARE INTEREST(S), ACCORDING TO THE TIME SHARE PLAN THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2168 AT PAGES 1706 THROUGH 1734, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED.
