NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of December, 2025, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-002491 , of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Sailfish Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and ETTY HELFGOTT, REUVEN HELFGOTT, RBV PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, INC., A NEW YORK LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AND P & M ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC A/K/A P & M ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC, A NEW YORK LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY are defendants. Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 29th day of January, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36 AND 37, BLOCK 3942, CAPE CORAL UNIT 54, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE(S) 79-91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE
CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
