Notice Is Given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 11, 2025 in Case No. 25-CC-001589 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which TIMBER RIDGE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and VENSON J. WALKER is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on January 15, 2026, the following described property set forth in the order of Final Judgment:
Lot 7, Block B of TIMBER RIDGE COURT & CIRCLE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 81, at Page 77, in the public records of Lee County, Florida;
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
