1. Lots 212 & 213, Unit 2, Section 2 of that certain subdivision known as WATERWAY ESTATES OF FORT MYERS according to a map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court in and for Lee County, FL in Plat Book 17 at Pages 132 and 133.

You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon: RICHARD M. RICCIARDI, JR., ESQUIRE of YOUR ADVOCATES, P.A., Plaintiff’s attorney, who address is 2050 McGregor Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33901, on or before January 26, 2026, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter.
