Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 25-006430-CO the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 1105B, OF WOODSIDE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE(S) 78-86, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4861, PAGE 1517, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
