NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 03, 2025 in Civil Case No. 25-001939-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE3 is Plaintiff and Ma Concepcion B. Yruma-Raymundo, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of January, 2026 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit 3-E, building 3, LAURELWOOD CONDOMINIUM I, an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of LAURELWOOD CONDOMINIUM I, as recorded in Official Records Book 4145, page 1040-1085, and amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 17, Page 44-46, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
