NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (“Final Judgment”) dated November 13, 2025 entered in Case No. 25-000240-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein LAKE MICHIGAN CREDIT UNION, a Michigan state-chartered credit union, is Plaintiff and KRC HOMES, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, JOSEPH V. CAVALERI, JR., individually, CURTIS K. KADAU, individually, MARK R. RALEY, individually, and CRH CONSTRUCTION GROUP, LLC, a Florida limited liability company are Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at a public sale, on January 7, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A.M. conducted electronically via https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, after given notice as required by section 45.031 of Florida Statutes, the described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 7 and 8, Block 8, Euclid Manor, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, page 123, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
