NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-011055-CO of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWO ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MATTHEW G. MCDONNELL are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of January, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
