NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-004179-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for the C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-CB5, is Plaintiff and Marie Marthe Louis-Jeune a/k/a Marie Marthe Louis Jeune a/k/a Marie M. L. Jeune a/k/a Marie M. Louis Jeune; Legitime Jeune a/k/a Legitime Jeune, Jr. a/k/a Legitime Louis Jeune; Silver Glen Homeowners’ Association, Inc., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of February, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, SILVER GLEN, PHASE 1, VILLAGE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 125 AND 126, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1424 Center Street, Ocoee, Florida 34761
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
