Monnier; Unknown Spouse of Pamela J. Monnier; Burnt Store Meadows Property Owner’s Association, Inc.; North State Bank are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM EST on the 26th day of January, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
