NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment for Foreclosure of Commercial Mortgage, for Money Damages and for Other Relief entered on December 5th, 2025, in Case No. 2025-CA-000494-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, NEWTEK BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and the Defendants are: BACK TO LIFE CHIROPRACTIC LLC; ANTHONY JOHN MICHELES a/k/a ANTHONY MICHELES; and PAMELA SUZANNE GUYTON; the Clerk of the Court of Collier County, Florida, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at the first floor in the Multipurpose Room, Collier County Government Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, on February 12th, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., the following described real property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment for Foreclosure of Commercial Mortgage, for Money Damages and for Other Relief, to wit:
Lot 1, Lake Side Mobile Estates, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 99, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Property Address: 100 Jeepers Drive, Naples, Florida 34112.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
