Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2025, in Case No.: 2025CC002201 of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein LAKES AT LAUREL HIGHLANDS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MAURO CECCHETTI, et al., is the Defendant. Stacy M. Butterfield, the Clerk of Court for Polk County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at https://www.polk. realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on January 15, 2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 21, LAKES AT LAUREL HIGHLANDS PHASE 3A, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 197, Pages 40 through 43, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
