NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 12, 2025, and entered in Case No. 53-2024-CA-000978 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and , Chi Wa Cho, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Barbara L Hernandez aka Barbara Lee Hernandez, deceased, City of Lakeland, Genoveva Hernandez, Angelo Borrero Jr., Angelina Hernandez, Ricardo Hernandez, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the January 12, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
