NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2025 in Case No. 2025-CA-001806 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida. A&D MORTGAGE LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, is the Plaintiff and PARMOD SHARMA, RITA KUMARI etc. et. al, are the Defendants, Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.polk. realforeclose.com the Clerk’s website for online instructions at 10:00 A.M. on January 16, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
