NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 16, 2025 in Case No. 2025-CA-000152 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and MARIA JUNE ANGULO, JESUS ANGULO SEDANO, SUNNOVA SLA MANAGEMENT LLC, and FOREST LAKE PHASE I HOMEONERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on www.polk.realforeclose.com, on the 29th day of January 2026 in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, and pursuant to Administrative Order No 3-15.16, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 142, FOREST LAKE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 183, PAGE(S) 17 THROUGH 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 1608 ASPEN AVENUE, DAVENPORT, FL 33837 (the “Property”).
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
