NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment for Lien Foreclosure dated December 17, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2025CC002436 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Angelina Colonneso, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on January 22, 2026, the following described property:
UNIT 171-D, SHADYBROOK VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM (F/K/A SHADYBROOK VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, SECTION ELEVEN), A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 958, PAGE 1335 AND BY VIRTUE OR MERGER RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1402, PAGE 876, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGE 164 AND 165, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
