NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2025.
And entered in 2023 CA 6966 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein HD Saramanasota Holdings, LLC is the Plaintiff and Legal Loan Funding LLC, Richard Faircloth, Renee Faircloth, Florida Department of Revenue, Citibank N.A., Homecomings Financial LLC, any and all unknown tenants, Sarasota County and Target National Bank are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com at 9:00 am on January 8, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST ONE-HALF OF LOTS 1 AND 2 AND THE NORTH 6.5 FEET OF THE WEST ONE-HALF OF LOT 3, BLOCK 7, BEVERLY TERRACE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
